Bus Driver Opportunity at American Senior Communities

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Bus Driver to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in providing safe and reliable transportation to our patients, while also embodying our core values of C.A.R.E. (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence).

Responsibilities:
  • Transport patients to and from appointments and outings, utilizing ramps, wheelchair tie downs, and other equipment safely
  • Communicate effectively with facility staff to ensure timely transportation and report any incidents or accidents
  • Act as a positive teammate by helping onboard new staff members and providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 25 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or one to three months of experience transporting persons and/or training
  • Valid CDL License for those driving a bus with 15 or more passengers, excluding the driver
  • Customer service focus and ability to demonstrate our core values
  • CNA certification preferred, with opportunity to obtain within six months of employment
