Clinical Research Lead in Swallowing Care

About the Job:
The University Hospitals are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Clinical Research Lead in Swallowing Care to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a premier center for swallowing care and research, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, medical staff, nurses, research assistants, and statisticians.
About the Position:This role will be responsible for leading the development of clinical pathways focused on value-based swallow care for inpatients and outpatients, including embedding research and collaboration with radiology, speech, neurology, trauma, ENT, and other specialties. The successful candidate will also contribute to administrative and research leadership responsibilities, including nominating for Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University College of Arts and Sciences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical pathways focused on value-based swallow care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Mentor junior researchers and healthcare professionals in the area of expertise.
- Participate in continuing education programs to maintain licensure and promote professional growth.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
