About the Position

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a PhD or MD/PhD in a relevant area to join our team. This training position will provide practical experience in a research setting under the supervision of a Cleveland Clinic Principal Investigator. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a commitment to research, a collaborative work ethic, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Design and conduct independent projects aimed at generating data, analyzing results, interpreting findings, and preparing manuscripts for publication.
  • Coordinate and schedule functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scans on patients.
  • Analyze fMRI data and present results in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • PhD or MD/PhD required; MD with relevant laboratory experience may substitute for PhD.
  • Previous experience in a research or academic setting; graduate student experience meets this requirement.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, and exchange accurate information.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 - $333,340 per year, depending on experience. Cleveland Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
