In this role, you will collaborate closely with finance executives to construct financial models and analytical insights that aid in assessing new business initiatives, transforming insights into operational metrics, and pinpointing strategies to enhance the overall planning and forecasting processes.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop, refine, and sustain financial metrics, reports, and scorecards utilized for consolidation reports.
Gather, analyze, and manage quantitative data to produce significant analyses and models that influence business decisions.
Lead initiatives to streamline the consolidation process and reporting.
Collaborate with finance technology partners to optimize reporting infrastructure and automation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field

  • 3+ years of experience in process enhancements through automation and analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical discipline (e.g., engineering, mathematics, computer science), or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in a quantitative role (engineering, process reengineering, quality assurance)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 4+ years of involvement in continuous improvement projects within your team to scale and enhance controllership with measurable outcomes

  • MBA or CPA
  • Proficiency in Tableau
  • Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Advanced SQL skills for data mining and business intelligence
  • Experience as a lean sensei or as a Quality Assurance Engineer
  • Six Sigma Black Belt

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $56,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is determined by several factors including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
