Job Summary:

Camillo Companies is seeking a highly skilled New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying and locating new clients, and answering inquiries from clients regarding products features and options available. You will also negotiate prices, terms of the sales, and/or service agreements, prepare contracts, and submit orders. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments within the company to confirm orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Identify and locate new clients through a variety of methods
  • Answer inquiries from clients regarding products features and options available
  • Negotiate prices, terms of the sales, and/or service agreements, prepare contracts, and submit orders
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to confirm orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3+ recent successful years' experience in new homes sales
  • Must be able to verify recent performance by providing a minimum of 2 years' worth of W-2's
