About the Role

We are seeking a top-performing sales professional to join our team as a New Home Sales Consultant in the San Antonio area. As a sales representative for LGI Homes, you will play a crucial role in guiding potential homebuyers through the new home sales process and helping them achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set appointments with potential homebuyers and close sales
  • Meet annual sales goals and exceed expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Top-producing sales record and competitive spirit
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Ability to work on weekends and meet sales standards
  • Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred
