Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead small to large-scale installation projects, including demo/pilot installs and multi-team projects.
  • Provide oversight to less skilled technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects.
  • Work closely with project management, field management, and customer POC to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain work orders, travel itineraries, and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and working relationship with other technicians, project management, field management, and customer POC.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of low voltage or 12v DC electrical systems.
  • Valid class C or higher driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this position include:

  • Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environmental conditions.
  • Ability to drive up to 8 hours in a single workday or weekend day.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 80lbs.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude. The work environment includes:
