As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for leading small to large-scale installation projects, providing oversight to less skilled technicians, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead small to large-scale installation projects, including demo/pilot installs and multi-team projects.
- Provide oversight to less skilled technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects.
- Work closely with project management, field management, and customer POC to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain work orders, travel itineraries, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and working relationship with other technicians, project management, field management, and customer POC.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of low voltage or 12v DC electrical systems.
- Valid class C or higher driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
The physical demands of this position include:
- Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environmental conditions.
- Ability to drive up to 8 hours in a single workday or weekend day.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 80lbs.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude. The work environment includes:
