As a key member of our training team, you will provide essential readiness development support to military units and personnel as they prepare for critical missions. You will broaden your technical knowledge and industry insights while collaborating to create innovative solutions for mission-essential challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering effective training that aligns with well-defined, mission-oriented objectives. You will design and implement both field and classroom training that fulfills the specific requirements of our clients. Additionally, you will work alongside various departments to enhance the training environment and mentor personnel as they apply the skills acquired through your instruction.

Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of service in the Army, including experience with active duty units
- Minimum of 3 years in roles such as Observer, Coach, Trainer (OC/T), Drill Sergeant, Small Group Instructor, or Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Faculty Staff Member
- At least 3 years of experience in a tactical maneuver or support role
- Possession of a Secret clearance
- High School diploma or GED
- Capability to achieve Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer Certification within one year of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Army Unit Training Management process
- Experience in producing comprehensive written evaluations and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Understanding of Army Warfighting Functions and their relevance to unit training and readiness
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
