You will design and implement both field and classroom training that fulfills the specific requirements of our clients. Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of service in the Army, including experience with active duty units
  • Minimum of 3 years in roles such as Observer, Coach, Trainer (OC/T), Drill Sergeant, Small Group Instructor, or Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Faculty Staff Member
  • At least 3 years of experience in a tactical maneuver or support role
  • Possession of a Secret clearance
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Capability to achieve Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer Certification within one year of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Army Unit Training Management process
  • Experience in producing comprehensive written evaluations and reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Understanding of Army Warfighting Functions and their relevance to unit training and readiness

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
