Job Title: Project Manager-Civil/Stormwater Engineer-Water Resources

Job Summary:
Halff is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (P.E.) Civil/Stormwater Engineer to join our Water Resources team in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, drainage and watershed planning, and initial design for private and public stormwater infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform project management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, drainage and watershed planning, and initial design for private and public stormwater infrastructure.
  • Create cost-effective, maintainable, and sustainable solutions for municipalities, governmental agencies, and developers.
  • Collaborate with our team to meet tough challenges in creative ways.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage and supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE license in the state of Texas preferred or can obtain within 6 months.
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting projects in water resources planning, hydrology, hydraulic modeling, and other engineering tasks.
  • Good technical writing and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in project management, administration, and supervision.
  • Must have technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, and/or CADD.
  • Experience with 2D modeling software packages are beneficial but not required.
