Retail Sales Associate Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently demonstrating benchmark selling techniques and promoting products effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store sales volume and metrics goals, participating in team selling and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and other projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts.
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

Compensation:

The starting range for this position is $ and may increase to $25.50 depending on merit, length of service, and other factors. We consider an individual's skills, background, and experience when determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
