Job Title: Product Manager

White & Case is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Collaboration Services & Technology Standards team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, administration, and management of our products, with the goal of supporting and accelerating the practice and business of law at the Firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the product strategy and direction in support of the Firm's values, strategy, and business needs
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, requirements gathering, competitor analysis, roadmaps, change management, and operational readiness in support of product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
  • Assume ownership of product plans, implementation, and general management
  • Represent the value-add of the product to Firm leadership
  • Manage vendor relationships and keep abreast of new industry trends in the relevant areas to address current needs, as well as to anticipate future growth and opportunities
  • Organize and facilitate product surveys
  • Proactively engage with product consumers to analyze how well the product is meeting the defined needs
  • Collaborate with the product community and thought leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities for enhancement and expanded offerings
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, training, communications, change management, and operations teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Review incidents and work requests to determine product trends and impact to user community
  • Ensure the product is properly maintained, monitored, and administered, and that consumers of the product receive adequate training and support
  • Facilitate action required for meeting satisfaction targets
  • Ensure the product continues to evolve and develop through appropriate release cycles
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and functionality supportive of the Firm's strategic business goals
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable security, data privacy regulations, and policies
  • Engage with legal and non-legal members of the Firm to promote use of the product through targeted discussions, business analysis, communications, presentations, and training
  • Proactive communication of product use with various technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of related product management or product support services
  • Minimum of five years managing within a large law or professional services firm
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience in delivering finely tuned product to market strategies
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a supporting area
  • Law degree optional but preferred
Location and Reporting:
  • This is a hybrid role based in our Tampa office
  • This role reports to the Director of Collaboration Services & Technology Standards
