Job Title: Digital Product Manager - App and Profile

At IRONMAN, we're seeking a talented Digital Product Manager to drive new experiences and enhancements on how our athletes and fans engage with our digital apps and profile. This role will be responsible for managing the digital CX strategy in collaboration with our Sr. Director, Digital Platforms, UX/UI Design, and Web Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with digital leadership, key stakeholders, and users across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Foster ongoing development and execution of the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including Analytics, Marketing, Registration Platforms, Athlete Services, Partnerships, and Operations.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment.
  • Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Aid in defining the user experience for internal and external users, including support and monitoring.
  • Establish internal agile/sprint workflows for efficient management and rollout of product updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience in digital product management.
  • Strong skillset to gather requirements and document business processes.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams, strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, team player, and process-oriented.
Location:

This role is based in the Tampa, Florida office. This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be local to the Tampa Bay area. Relocation is not available for this role.
