We are seeking a highly skilled Correspondence Liaison Specialist to join our team at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and track correspondence, including congressional correspondence, using electronic tracking systems.
- Prepare reports on correspondence for management use.
- Perform administrative tasks and duties to support management operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in correspondence management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
QualificationsApplicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector. This experience should include tracking congressional correspondence, preparing reports, and performing administrative tasks.
EducationApplicants may also substitute education for experience. A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, may be substituted for the required experience.
