Job Title: Patient Services Coordinator

RMA Network, a leading fertility practice in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Patient Services Coordinator to join our team in Palo Alto. This role is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.

Job Summary:

The Patient Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our front desk team. This includes greeting patients, coordinating appointments, and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet all patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Comfort patients by anticipating their anxieties and answering their questions in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Follow provider appointment templates and guide patients through their visit, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assess schedule conflicts and problems, recommending solutions to ensure timely and effective patient care.
  • Collect payments as required and work with the finance team to ensure accurate and up-to-date insurance information.
  • Work closely with patient care teams to coordinate total patient care, including processing medical records requests and handling administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of practical experience working in a similar position, preferably in a patient-facing role.
  • Experience working in a medical or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of medical office software and procedures.
