Job Summary

As a key member of the Comcast sales team, the Account Executive, Market Retail Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of local clients and agencies who purchase advertising space or other media services to achieve established annual sales goals.

Core Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and develop targeted advertising proposals to support client activities and products.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to generate local ad sales revenue.
  • Interact with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met, including scheduling advertising and monitoring account activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records and participate in the development of sales forecasts.
  • Complete required documentation and reporting for the proper processing of contracts, advertising schedules, sales calls, and expense reports.
  • Seek new customers by continuously prospecting and following established sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze confidential information, prepare reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
