Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients and strive to increase retention and product loyalty.
  • Conduct follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their satisfaction and progress towards sales closure.
  • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, including premium payments, policy reviews, and claim handling.
  • Issue insurance documentation, such as COI and ID cards.
  • Respond to incoming calls and schedule appointments.

  • Shop renewals based on client updates and market conditions.

Requirements
  • A property and casualty insurance license is required within the first 60 days. We will provide 100% licensing assistance.
  • At least 1 year of previous customer service experience is required. Insurance experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer software knowledge, including MS Office, is essential.
  • Pay close attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors.
  • Handle multiple client interactions, policy inquiries, and administrative tasks simultaneously, maintaining high-quality service.
  • Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts and policy details to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions to create a positive work environment.
