Job Title: Teller - Part-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Process transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' financial needs and provide tailored recommendations to support their financial well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular outreach and communication.
  • Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of direct experience in customer service and cash handling.
  • Ability to relate to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and produce accurate results.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to maintain personal finances responsibly and exhibit emotional maturity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of cash handling experience.
  • Knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
