Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rates: $80 per session for LMFT, LCSW, and LPC; $90 per session for Licensed Psychologists

  • Guaranteed payment: Every two weeks via direct deposit

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Must be licensed in Tennessee

  • Must be able to provide telehealth services

Signing Incentive

  • Eligible therapists will receive a $1000 signing incentive if they sign their contract by 12/1/24 and see their first client within 90 days
