Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Group Therapist to join our team. As a Group Therapist, you will be responsible for facilitating psychoeducational groups and process groups, developing and implementing a holistic, evidence-based curriculum, and working closely with our dynamic treatment team to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
Responsibilities- Facilitate psychoeducational groups and process groups to support clients in achieving their mental health goals
- Develop and implement a holistic, evidence-based curriculum that addresses patient symptoms and builds necessary skills
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Complete treatment plans and updates, and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field
- Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, LADAC, or LMFT) per state of practice guidelines
- Experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use, or equivalent experience
- Dual diagnosis background and experience working in higher levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP)
