Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as needed, to support patients' treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy services, adhering to facility and professional standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry developments.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- One or more years of experience working with similar patient populations.
- Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligibility for state licensure.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
