Job Summary

The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving compensation strategies, encompassing salary analysis, market pricing, and salary administration. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to create, execute, and manage company-wide compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost-effective and competitive compensation programs for multiple business units, including job evaluations, performance appraisals, salary surveys, and administering salary increases.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in compensation practices, ensuring compliance with financial, tax, and proxy disclosure requirements.
  • Organize and execute the annual compensation planning cycle, communicating effectively with stakeholders and configuring compensation management systems for accurate data input, calculations, and reporting.
  • Benchmark jobs against survey data and market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges and identify market trends.
  • Participate in external compensation surveys and collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, and tax departments to ensure regulatory and legal compliance of employee compensation practices.
  • Provide assistance in resolving internal and external business issues related to compensation and support the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors through analysis and reporting.
  • Drive awareness of new compensation trends to support business unit compensation teams and lead project teams to develop recommendations and innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Analytics, Business, Finance, Math, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in an analytical role with strong research and analytical skills, ability to present findings to management.
  • Advanced computer skills, including strong Microsoft Excel skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Action and result-oriented, resourceful, and creative problem-solver with acute attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
