The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing revenue opportunities for the hotel. This involves formulating and executing revenue management strategies, analyzing market trends, and optimizing pricing and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue management systems, including CRS, RMS, and PMS.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, management, and other departments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, business, or finance.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $130,000/year
