Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Accurately replicate recipes, set up and stock cold lines, and complete daily prep tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Unload and organize deliveries, maintain a clean and organized prep kitchen and refrigerators.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the Cocinero in keeping the line stocked and fresh during service, and support the Dishwasher with cleaning and garbage duties.
  • Quality Control: Taste and inspect food products, and discuss quality issues with the Kitchen Leads and Leadership team.
Requirements
  • Proper execution of recipes and sound knowledge of kitchen equipment.
  • Close attention to quality and ability to make fresh and delicious food quickly and accurately.
  • Safe food handling procedures and knife handling skills.
