Job SummaryThe Administrative Coordinator and Property Supervisor will provide administrative support and property management services to our team, ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Support the processing of invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings and social events.
- Support HR with various HR tasks.
- Property Management:
- Manage daily operations of Spees Design Build-owned or managed properties.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
- Assist with lease renewals, tenant move-ins/outs, and rent collection.
- Maintain property records, including leases, maintenance logs, and financial reports.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Prior experience in property management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- A basic understanding of property management software is a plus.
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment, with regular in-office attendance required.
- Non-exempt position, eligible for overtime.
- Standard hours are 40 hours a week, with occasional after-hours work as needed for urgent property issues.
- Hourly Range: $28-$32 per hour (DOE)
