About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant at Century Communities, you will play a crucial role in driving new home sales and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your primary function will be to generate new home sales and manage closings for the Century Communities division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales/closing goals: monthly/quarterly/annually
  • Manage and actively seek customer traffic, referrals, and utilize other means to generate new traffic
  • Facilitate a smooth sales process with the buyer, real estate agent, and lender to ensure all aspects of the buying process is coordinated properly through closing
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, including flyers, signage, and online listings
  • Attend regular sales meetings and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with customers, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in new home sales or a related field
  • Active real estate license in Michigan
  • Proven knowledge of the new home market and sales concepts
  • Residential home-building experience required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
