Job Overview

SGI Global, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Real Estate Programs team. As a Management Consultant, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our clients in the Department of Defense (DoD) on high-level real estate initiatives.

This role requires a deep understanding of real estate operations, finance, and policy. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions to complex problems, leveraging your expertise to drive best-value outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on real estate project development, value and risk assessments, and available funding mechanisms
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize land and facilities utilization, identifying potential gains in operational efficiencies
  • Support clients on all aspects of real estate business work, including reports, meetings, and assessments
  • Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data
  • Participate in on-site assessments of property operations
  • Assist in client training sessions
  • Travel, as needed, to potential site visits and strategic locations

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in real estate, business, finance, public policy, or related field preferred
  • 8 years of work experience in real estate operations, finance, or policy
  • Advanced knowledge of real estate finance, including budget analysis and pro forma development
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approximately 25% of time)
  • Pursuant to Federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. Citizens and be able to pass standard government-sponsored credit and background checks
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
