Job Title: Team Leader/Director of Growth

Keller Williams Capital Properties is seeking a dynamic leader to play a pivotal role in attracting top talent and consulting high-performing real estate agents to elevate their business.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a leader with a proven track record and a natural connector with a deep understanding of the residential real estate market. Familiarity with KW systems and business models is a plus, but not mandatory.

As a Team Leader/Director of Growth, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to attract high-producing and high-potential real estate agents to the office. You will oversee the hiring, leadership, and development of the staff, ensuring they are properly trained and held accountable to KWCP's high performance standards.

You will manage and accelerate the financial performance of the office, paying close attention to, and making necessary adjustments to key financial indicators, to maximize profitability. You will also provide business development and financial management consulting to top agents within the office, helping them make dramatic growth in their personal production and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven growth and leadership capabilities
  • Experience in a high-performing environment
  • Strong verbal leadership and communication skills and social poise
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as drive work individually
  • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
