Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive clinical treatment programs for patients with moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems.
  • Collaborate with patients and families to create personalized treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
  • Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions, adhering to ethical and medical necessity guidelines.
  • Option to design and lead time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups.
Requirements:
  • Clear and active Ph.D. or Psy.D. licensure in Massachusetts.
  • 2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse clinical presentations and develop strong rapport with clients.
  • Comfortable using computers and software, including Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or couples and families.
  • Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Ability to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures, if desired.
