We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary Child Psychiatry Clinic at The University of Vermont Health Network.
About the Role:
As a Staff Psychologist, you will provide high-quality psychological services to patients and their families, including individual and family psychotherapy, school-based psychological assessment, consultation, and psychotherapy. You will also participate in teaching and clinical supervision of Psychology Residents and contribute to the development and oversight of clinical programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations, focused clinical assessments, and psychological interventions to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Teach and supervise Psychology Residents and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and oversight of clinical programs and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program evaluation.
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an APA or CPA accredited program (or equivalent).
- Completion of internship from an APA accredited program (or equivalent).
- At least 1-year postdoctoral training in a clinical setting.
- Minimum 3 years' post-licensure experience in Clinical Psychology, including experience providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and staff consultation.
