As a member of our Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health conditions. Your expertise will be valued as you conduct psychological assessments, establish treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and interpret results
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Lead crisis intervention methods and develop functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation according to policy
Requirements:
  • Master's Level Psychologist with active LLP licensure in Massachusetts
  • Ability to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week
  • Flexibility to accommodate some evening sessions and Saturday appointments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children or adolescents
  • Proven ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Strong computer and basic technology skills
  • History of professional growth and development
