- Coordinate vendor and contractor management, including scheduling and communication.
- Assist with tenant move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Contribute to budget preparations, providing administrative support as needed.
- Help resolve tenant issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts.
- Located in the Houston, Texas area.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- 1 year of Property Management experience required.
