Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional service to our guests. This role involves taking food and beverage orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and ensure they receive excellent service throughout their meal.
  • Present menus and daily specials, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them to the kitchen.
  • Deliver food, beverages, and condiments to customers in a timely manner.
  • Verify food quality meets customer expectations and address any issues promptly.
  • Clear tables and prepare customer checks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to operate point-of-sale systems.

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged standing and walking required.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
