Job Description: Front-of-House Server

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front-of-House Servers at 1789 Restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless dining experiences, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet new parties, welcome guests, and make them feel valued
  • Inform guests of menu options, make recommendations, and relay orders to the bar and kitchen using our point-of-sale system
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and establish a friendly rapport
  • Bus tables when meals are completed, prepare tables for the next course, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Total and present bills, accept payment, cash out checks, and make change with accuracy and professionalism
