Job Title: Client Care Coordinator

CAMBA is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at the Flagstone Family Center. As a key member of our staff, you will provide individual and group counseling services to assist clients and their families in achieving healthy relationships, emotional stability, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling services to clients and their families to address issues such as abusive behavior, family dynamics, healthy personal choices, substance abuse, mental and physical health/trauma related issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized case plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Conduct home visits and provide on-site support to clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) required.
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required within one year of date of hire.
  • Ability to maintain clearances throughout the duration of employment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $58,000 - $62,000 annually.
