About the Role

The Consumer Direct Care Network team is seeking a highly skilled Application Administrator (CXOne) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for documenting, maintaining, administering, supporting, and training new and existing IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality processes and procedures for IT applications
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end-users
  • Coordinate and implement system upgrades and changes as needed
  • Maintain IT systems for a high level of uptime and security
  • Configure, test, administer, and maintain systems, application software, and system management tools
  • Plan and implement systems automation for better efficiency
  • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours work as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years Call Center Platform Administration experience
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Preferred NICE CXOne Studio Experience and User Hub Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience in at least two or more of the following: SQL, CRM Software, Azure, Power Automate, Logic App
  • Ability to work in an office environment and use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed

Working Conditions

The incumbent will typically work in an office environment and will be required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
