Key responsibilities will include troubleshooting, managing hardware requests, and guiding users effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver enterprise-level technical support and assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software challenges.
  • Perform light break/fix tasks to reduce user downtime.
  • Address routine IT issues such as login difficulties, password resets, and basic navigation queries.
  • Support staff and stakeholders in utilizing IT functionalities.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and software inventory.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of new technologies and solutions.
  • Oversee hardware requests and inventory levels.
  • Conduct audits and reconciliations of technology assets.
  • Organize and manage data and asset records.
  • Log and categorize support requests efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier II/III support as necessary.
  • Provide daily reports and manage consumable supplies.
  • Deliver courteous and professional customer service.
  • Facilitate service desk support and manage incident resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong general computing skills.
  • Experience in enterprise IT support.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Quick learner with software applications and databases.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, time-management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or work in challenging positions.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred: Previous experience in IT support, asset management, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Significant time spent using a computer.
  • Availability for overtime as required.
