Job Title: Senior Quality Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Reliability Engineer to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure quality and reliability throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure that quality and reliability are integrated into all aspects of product development.
  • Develop and maintain quality and reliability metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality management and reliability engineering in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and ensure quality and reliability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
