Key Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, root cause investigation, and robust internal customer engagement
  • Implement comprehensive quality management strategies to foster improvement initiatives and advocate for a zero-defect culture across manufacturing processes
  • Conduct systematic evaluations and internal assessments regarding process and testing compliance on the production floor, ensuring adherence to specifications and military standards;
  • Guide and collaborate with internal teams to address deviations and non-conformances with prompt corrective measures
  • Offer Quality insights and requirements throughout the product development and assurance phases prior to the launch of new products
  • Facilitate cross-departmental problem-solving sessions utilizing 8D corrective actions (including 5-whys and error-proofing techniques)
  • Ensure the establishment and maintenance of effective Quality Systems, including methods for managing non-conforming materials (MRB)
  • Continuously enhance quality-related processes and methodologies, integrating lessons learned into current practices and prospective projects
Your Qualifications:

You are ideally suited for this position if you possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management within the semiconductor sector
  • Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001 or AS9100
  • Familiarity with MIL standards and testing methodologies including MIL-PRF-19500 and MIL-STD-750
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with tools such as 8D's, DOEs, 5Y, Fishbone, Poka-Yoke, etc.
  • A proven ability to drive enhancements through leading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
  • An understanding of the new product development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
