This role involves overseeing services provided by Nursing, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and Companions, while maintaining a focus on exceptional client care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Provide guidance and set performance standards for the team, fostering an environment of excellence.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise scheduling processes, ensuring efficient caregiver-client matches and addressing any urgent staffing needs.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly review care plans and service delivery to uphold high standards of care.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and retention.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Minimum of two years of experience in home care or personal care services.
- Proven management experience, particularly in leading paraprofessional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and staff.
- Familiarity with government contract management is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with electronic documentation.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
