The Senior Care Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our home care services, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves overseeing services provided by Nursing, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and Companions, while maintaining a focus on exceptional client care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and set performance standards for the team, fostering an environment of excellence.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise scheduling processes, ensuring efficient caregiver-client matches and addressing any urgent staffing needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly review care plans and service delivery to uphold high standards of care.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and retention.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in home care or personal care services.
  • Proven management experience, particularly in leading paraprofessional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and staff.
  • Familiarity with government contract management is advantageous.
