Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Infineon Technologies as a Product Engineer Intern in our Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) division. As a key member of our engineering design team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of high-reliability parts for space applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the engineering design team in data analysis and bench testing for high-reliability parts
  • Own and drive components of qualification, including lot planning, stress-testing, and characterization
  • Monitor new product design reliability testing and perform interval shift analysis
  • Work with Test Engineers to ensure test compliance to product specifications and define guardband limits for production testing
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics
  • Strong fundamentals in semiconductor, physics, and/or materials sciences
  • Experience with analog and digital circuit design, including analog and M/S instrumentation design and debug
  • Coding experience in C++, VB, Python, or other relevant languages
  • Statistical data analysis and strong organizational skills
  • Experience working with teams and co-op experience
