Job Summary

CT19 is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer - Project Lead to support our nuclear & radiation engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
  • Conduct acceptance and qualification testing to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements.
  • Oversee system configuration and installation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist with project negotiation and execute test procedures to ensure project success.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Provide technical support to customers, both onsite and remotely, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by providing technical expertise and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with a focus on nuclear & radiation engineering.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with low-level radioactive materials.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for project-related activities.
