Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a project leader for designated clients, facilitating the execution of strategies in four primary domains of advanced planning: wealth enhancement, wealth transfer, wealth protection, and philanthropic giving.

  • Lending Solutions
  • Life Insurance Strategies
  • Family Consultations
  • Health Insurance Solutions

Collaborate closely with Senior Family Advisors and the Service Team to ensure a superior level of client service.

Serve as the primary liaison for clients and their trusted advisors.

Internally lead the preparation of all client proposals and review presentations.

Engage in all client review meetings, presenting and discussing advanced planning topics.

Document detailed notes and directives for the team following meetings and calls; delegate tasks as necessary.

Generate customized reports for clients on an individual basis.

Support the Financial Planning Department with cash flow modeling for clients.

Foster strong relationships with assigned client families.

Adhere to all industry regulations and firm policies.


Qualifications:
  • Strong financial planning acumen with 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing advisory role at a broker-dealer or RIA.
  • Possession of Series 63, 65, and/or 66 licenses.
  • Experience with various advanced planning tools and techniques, including donor-advised funds, foundations, 529 plans, purpose and non-purpose lending solutions, life insurance, and property and casualty insurance.
  • Knowledge of fundamental estate planning tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of essential asset management tools and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong time management skills and commitment to follow-through.
  • Aptitude for collaborating closely with clients' external advisors, including estate planning attorneys, tax professionals, and insurance experts.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to quality and a focus on client satisfaction.
  • High emotional intelligence, personal integrity, and accountability.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive, problem-solving attitude, complemented by a collaborative and positive demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience advising privately held business owners and families.
  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM, CFA, CIMA, or other relevant designations are strongly preferred.
  • Life and Disability Insurance licenses.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Orion, Wealthscape, EMoney, and/or MindManager software.
