Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary relationship manager for designated clients, facilitating the execution of strategies across four key areas of advanced planning: Wealth Enhancement, Wealth Transfer, Wealth Protection, and Charitable Giving.
Collaborate closely with the Advanced Planning Team and Client Service Team to ensure exceptional client experiences.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their trusted advisors.
Oversee the development of proposals for prospects and presentations for client reviews.
Engage in all client review meetings, presenting and discussing cash flow models and advanced planning topics.
Utilize CRM tools to document notes and directives for the team post-meetings and calls; delegate tasks as necessary.
Support the Advanced Planning Team with cash flow modeling for clients.
Continuously foster strong relationships with assigned client families.
Adhere to all industry regulations and firm policies.
Be a collaborative team member.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Possess strong financial planning acumen and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing advisory role within a broker-dealer or RIA.
Hold a Series 65 or equivalent certification.
Possess relevant designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, CFA, or CIMA.
Experience with advanced planning strategies, including donor-advised funds, foundations, 529 plans, and various insurance products.
Familiarity with essential estate planning tools and techniques.
Experience in delivering fundamental asset management strategies.
Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrate strong time management skills and follow-through.

Ability to collaborate effectively with clients' external advisors, including estate planning attorneys, tax professionals, and insurance experts.

Exhibit acute attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a focus on client satisfaction.
Possess high emotional intelligence, personal integrity, and accountability.
Show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Maintain a proactive, problem-solving attitude and a friendly, collaborative demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience advising privately held business owners and families.
Life and Disability Insurance licenses are a plus.
Familiarity with software such as Salesforce, Orion, Wealthscape, EMoney, and/or MindManager.
