Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Gallery Residential. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of curb appeal. This includes inspecting and maintaining common areas, office spaces, and amenities, as well as completing minor repairs and handling service requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, office spaces, and amenities, including removing litter, debris, and pet droppings.
  • Trash Removal and Storage: Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Respond to resident inquiries, distribute notices, and communicate with team members and supervisors to provide excellent customer service.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Comply with Gallery Residential's safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in routine safety meetings, completing required training, and reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field. A valid driver's license is also required.
