About the Job

The Property Services Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment, scheduling work, and supervising staff members. They will also perform preventive maintenance on pools, parking lots, building exteriors, and other community facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure common areas are clean and in repair.
  • Schedule work and supervise staff members.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on pools, parking lots, building exteriors, and other community facilities.
  • Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
  • Make capital improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with typical apartment maintenance tasks.
  • Leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers and residents.
  • BASIC knowledge of HVAC systems and CFC certification required within 90 days.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or six months as an assistant at Peak Living, LLC.
