Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Community Association Manager to join our team in Lexington and Louisville areas. As a Property Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Associations, providing guidance to the Board of Directors, and ensuring compliance with company policy and current law.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication with Boards of Directors, vendors, and homeowners regarding their duties and community matters.
  • Management of homeowner maintenance requests and other tasks.
  • Fiscal management through budget preparation, monthly reporting, accounts receivable collection, and invoice approval.
  • Guidance to Board members on best practices for Association management and governance, ensuring they meet their fiduciary duties.
  • Coordination and attendance at Board and member meetings, including notice preparation, minute keeping, and voting procedures.
  • Preparation of Board meeting packets and Management Reports, maintaining action item lists and follow-up accordingly.
  • Site visits for oversight of client vendors and administration of enforcement processes and procedures.
  • Assistance with architectural review and approval process.
  • Contract and bid solicitation, approval, and project oversight.
Requirements:
  • Proven proficiency in learning new technology.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Adaptability and versatility.
  • Capability to review and analyze financial reports.
  • Familiarity with insurance in accordance with Association documents and legal requirements.
  • Knowledge of contractual bidding processes.
  • Ability to create and maintain a proper working budget.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • College degree preferred and/or equivalent property management industry experience.
  • Valid driver's license, automobile, and daily use of automobile.
Estimated Salary:

$58,000 - $68,000 per year.
