- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive value and growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
- Experience: 15+ years of property and casualty technical experience, with a strong background in underwriting, risk management, claims, risk control, or legal.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Broad knowledge of property and casualty disciplines, including underwriting, program design, limit review, and benchmarking.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical subject matter into lay terms.
USI Insurance Services offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $K, a target incentive of 20%, and a comprehensive benefits program.
