  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and expand existing client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive value and growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 15+ years of property and casualty technical experience, with a strong background in underwriting, risk management, claims, risk control, or legal.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Broad knowledge of property and casualty disciplines, including underwriting, program design, limit review, and benchmarking.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical subject matter into lay terms.
