Job Summary

The Chick-fil-A Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that food safety standards are met, and that the restaurant runs efficiently. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food products meet Chick-fil-A's high standards for quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop team members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial reports, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Food Safety Certification: Must be Serv-Safe certified.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in the restaurant industry.
Working Conditions

The Kitchen Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with prolonged standing, bending, and lifting. Must be able to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
