We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Counselor. As a residential counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in their daily lives, helping them to develop important life skills and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services, education, or a related field, with experience working with children or young adults. A high school diploma or equivalent, plus one of the following: an associate degree or higher with 12 credits in a relevant field, 2 years of full-time paid or volunteer experience working with children, or a combination of college credits and experience totaling 2 years.

This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time employees also receive excellent benefits, including health insurance, enhanced retirement plan, student loan assistance, discounted tuition, and more.

The residential counselor will work a 4-day work week, with opportunities for overtime. They will be responsible for aligning resident education and residential services with IEP and ILP plans, assisting residents with daily routines, completing required record-keeping and data collection, and supervising activities suited to each resident's capabilities.
