Job Summary:
Schneider National is seeking experienced truck drivers for our Regional Van Truckload division. As a Regional Van Truckload driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the eastern 37 states, with a high volume of predictable power lanes and consistent freight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive within the eastern 37 states, hauling freight across the region.
- Operate a tractor-trailer combination, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
- Meet or exceed customer service expectations, ensuring timely delivery of freight.
- Participate in pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
- Comply with all federal and state regulations, as well as Schneider National's safety policies and procedures.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay, including mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty.
- Weekly performance pay.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- HazMat endorsement preferred.
- Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
